Event Details |
A great family event providing a wonderful forum for spreading the message about the importance of organ, eye and tissue donation. It is an all paved route that will be perfect for strollers and even bring the family dog along! CHIP-TIMING AVAILABLE FOR THE 5K.
The 5th Annual Donate Life Nebraska 5K & Heroes' Walk is unique in that it brings together transplant recipients and their families, living donors, donor families, medical professionals, the business community, serious runners and families with strollers from across Nebraska and beyond in support of Donate Life Nebraska. The program offers education and promotion of donor registry benefiting those in need.

Course Information |
The 5th Annual Donate Life Nebraska 5K & Heroes Walk will be held at beautiful Aksarben Village at Stinson Park in Omaha. Participants will experience an invigorating 5K Run along the Keystone Trail.

1-Mile Heroes Walk |
The Heroes' Walk follows the 5K at 9:10 AM
The 1-mile Heroes' Walk honors the families that have graciously elected to donate organs, eyes and tissue of loved ones to benefit those in need and the living donors' that have also made that life-saving choice.

Post Race |
Music before, during and after! Face painters for the kids. Breakfast included!

Packet Pickup will be held Friday, April 15th at Blue Cross Blue Shield (1919 Aksarben Drive, Omaha, NE).
