Submitting Your Event to GetMeRegistered will create your secure, online registration form at no cost*, and generally within 24 hours. When the form has been prepared, you will receive a username and password which will allow you to view, edit, email, and download your registrants 24/7.

You will gain access to additional features to help promote and market your event - a linkable registration button, a coded confirm an entry widget for your website or blog, and a unique QR code which can be printed on your marketing materials, directing potential participants to your event registration page.

How to Get Started

    • Standard information should include: a copy of your paper entry form (if one exists) or the equivalent information - fees, dates, registration categories, questions to ask, where to send payments, and your participation waiver.
  2. Relax, we'll take care of the details.

    • Your form will be posted by our staff at no charge, sent to you for review, and opened to the public with your approval. You will receive an instructional PDF file with your username and password, which will allow you to view, edit, email, and download your registrants 24/7 - plus more great features!

Online registration is FREE*

* Online registration is FREE for event organizers, unless they choose to absorb the participants' costs. We add a fee to entry fees. We've made sure all fees are listed during the registration process, prior to any charges taking place.

Your funds are sent on Fridays, and include all transactions through the previous Friday for direct deposit clients. Clients who opt to be paid by check will receive one payment per month. For registration forms with less than $300 in accrued fees, a check or direct deposit may not be sent without special request. Of course, once a registration form closes, all accrued fees will be sent in the next payment batch. Twice-monthly payments are available by request.

We can provide you and members of your staff with data entry accounts to enter paper apps (including those that require credit card processing) into the online database. Then your offline entrants can confirm their entries at or through your confirmation widget. Plus you'll have substantial backups of those offline entries.
