About The Event |
Get a little wild with your exercise routine at Northwest Trek courtesy of St. Joseph's Heart and Vascular Center and 100.7 The Wolf radio.
Just imagine running or walking under a forest canopy away from barking dogs, speeding cars and concrete canyons. Be encouraged by more than 50 cheerleaders along the way and turn in a great time on our USA Track & Field 5K certified course or take the long way around for an 8K run.
Runners will be chip timed. Walkers can enjoy a 5K course (untimed).
PLEASE Note:
Each participant will receive a standard cotton event t-shirt, included in their entry fee.

7:00 AM: Check-in begins for day-of and online registrants
7:50 Am: ENTRANCE ROAD TO NORTHWEST TREK CLOSES
8:30 AM: 8k/5k races begin
10:00 AM Kids' Dash (for children of race participants)
10:30 AM: Awards and prize drawings (must be present to win)

Day-of registrations: $35 per person
SHIRTS ARE GUARANTEED WITH REGISTRATION ON OR BEFORE 9/13.
There may not be confirmation of receipt of entry materials.
There are no refunds. Entry is non-transferable.
Prohibitions:
No strollers, in-line skates, bicycles or pets are permitted.
