This event is in memory of Rodney T. Miller who lost his life in the line of duty as an Illinois State Police Officer.

For the Kids Event:
Friday - July 4, 2008 - from 3:00 - 8:00 PM (Nelson Park)
Saturday - July 5, 2008 - from 6:30 - 8:30 AM (Fairview Park)
Body Marking and Chip Distribution will be done race morning at the starting area.
For the Adults Event
Saturday - 05 Jul 08 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM. (Nelson Park)
Sunday - 06 Jul 08 from 5:30 - 7:30 AM. (Nelson Park)
Body Marking and Chip Distribution will be done race morning at the starting area.
All registrants must pick up their race packets (in-person) - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please make every effort to pick up your packet on Friday.
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING TO RACE REGISTRATION
1) Photo ID 2) A current USAT membership card or $10.00 for a single-event USAT permit (unless fee was paid with your race entry fee).

To participate in the Rodney T. Miller Triathlon, you are required to be a member of USAT or purchase a USAT single-event permit.

Awards |
Awards will be given to top (3) overall male and female finishers.
Age Group Awards to the top (3) in the following Age Groups: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, and 60+.
Athenas (150+ lbs): Awards go to the top (3) women overall.
Clydesdales (200+ lbs): Awards go to the top (3) men overall.

Rodney Miller Spirit Award.
Relay teams: Awards to Top (3) teams in each relay division: Men, Women, Coed (may be 2 or 3 person team), Clydesdale, Athena.
The fastest swimmer, cyclist and runner (both male and female) will also receive an award. (Does not include relay participants).
Also, in tribute to Rodney Miller's service as a State Police Officer:
Awards to fastest time for law enforcement personnel: Male & Female.
Participation ribbons will be presented to all participants.
