300-yard pool swim - 10-mile bike through
The Glen - 5k run around Gallery Park
Race will start promptly at 6:30 AM.

Entry Fee Includes |
All racers receive a dry wicking t-shirt, goodie bag, post refreshments, finishing medal and a chance to win great prizes after the race.
(Must be present to win).

Chip Timing |
Each participant will receive a timing chip to wear around his/her ankle.
A $35 fee will be applied for lost or damaged chips.

Awards |
Overall male/ female finishers and Awards to top (3) male and female participants in 5-year age categories.

The race is limited to a maximum of 400 participants.

300 Yard Swim |
You will be required to provide your 300 Yard swim time.
If you do not know your 300 Yard swim time, please call the fitness center to schedule a swim timing: 224-521-2596 or 224-521-2598

Thursday, July 24th
4:00 -7:00 PM: Packet pick-up at Runner's Edge, 335 Ridge Rd., Wilmette
Friday, July 25th
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Packet pick-up at Park Center (upstairs in the fitness center)
6:30 PM : Pre-race talk (highly recommended you attend one race talk)
Saturday, July 26th
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Packet pick-up at Park Center (upstairs in the fitness center)
11:00 AM: Pre-race talk (highly recommended you attend one race talk)
Sunday, July 27th
5:00 AM: Transition opens (athletes only)
5:00 -6:15 AM: Late packet pick up- outdoors in the front of Park Center Building
6:15 AM: Transition closes until after the last finisher off the bike (usually around 9am)
6:30 AM: Race begins!
