Course Description |
The event will begin and end in the parking lot of CHRISTUS Louisiana Athletic Club Bossier (2541 Viking Drive). The 5K will wind through Old Greenacres Neighborhood. TheCrossFit Challenge will be at the Athletic Club.

Awards will be given to: all children 12 & under, overall male & female, 1st, 2nd & 3rd female & male ages 13 - 20, 21 - 30, & 40+.

Crossfit Challenge |
CHRISTUS CrossFit invites all fitness levels to participate in the CrossFit Challenge. Participants choosing this option will run or walk the 5K and then complete a series of non-technical CrossFit exercises. Participants should be able to complete a squat below parallel (knees at 90 degrees). The challenge time will be capped. CrossFit Challenge participants must report to the event at 8:30 a.m. The CHRISTUS CrossFit coaches will review the
course and expectations at this time. CrossFit Challenge participants will start the 5K at 9:00 a.m.
Top overall male and female finishers will be awarded. All other finishers will be eligible for prize drawings.
