Come Out & Play - Turn Back Time Duathlon

2 mile run, 14.5 mile bike, 2 mile run

6:45 AM: race day registration and packet pickup
8:00 AM: Pre-Race Announcements
8:15 AM: Race Starts (potential wave starting)
10:00 AM: Awards

**All participants are required to wear a buckled bike helmet while on their bike. Failure to comply will result in expulsion from the race**

Chip timing is required to be eligible for awards. No duplicate awards given.

The Come Out & Play Turn Back Time Duathlon is your last chance to participate in a multi-sport event before having to turn back time as Daylight Savings Time comes to an end. This 2 Mile run, 14.5 Mile bike, 2 Mile run slightly hilly event will test your endurance and give you the chance to go "all out" since you get an extra hour of sleep that night. So come kick off your last day of long daylight by helping the children of Christ's Haven! It'll do your body - and spirit - good!

Come Out & Play Foundation is here to make a difference in the lives of as many metroplex children and youth as possible by supporting the agencies and programs that provide them with the care and services they deserve. The Come Out & Play Turn Back Time Duathlon will be raising funds to help Christ;s Haven for Children. Christ's Haven provides a warm, loving, Christian environment in which children in need of basic care can grow physically, emotionally and spiritually to become productive citizens in society. Children have benefited from nurturing houseparents, medical and dental attention, tutoring, counseling and so much more for almost 70 years at Christ's Haven.
