The Detlef Schrempf Foundation is proud to announce that proceeds of the F5 St. Patrick's Day Dash will go to four Northwest children's charities.

It's easy and fulfilling to raise some green for these worthwhile charities. You may choose to simply donate a 100% tax deductible cash donation, above your Dash registration as a straight donation, or join/start a fundraising team.

Your office, running club and Facebook friends can all be a part of the fun at the F5 St. Patrick's Day Dash. Start or join a team to run, walk, jog or crawl!

Teams Sign Up Online:

• Click the "Register" button above
  
• Sign and initial the waiver
  
• Enter the team registration code provided by your team captain
  
• Complete the registration form
  

• Must have 20+ participants participating in the St Patrick's Day Dash. Leprechaun Lap registrations are not counted towards your team participation minimum.
  
• Team members can run in any of the four waves - timed or un-timed.
  
• Team members may only sign up ONLINE. Team registrations are not accepted at retail outlets or registration events.
  
• $32 per-person entry fee (vs regular $35 per person online registration). 10% savings by forming a team!
  
• Special team registration code required (contact St Patrick's Day Dash for a code)
  
• Convenient Team Captain Packet Pick-up for your team members' materials
