Course Description:
This is a one-mile race starting near the Liberty and Main Street intersection, running south down Main Street and finishing near the Second Street intersection.

Qualifications:
*Must run a 10:00 minute mile or faster
*Ages 12 years and up

Waves:
8:00 pm - 10 minute milers
8:15 pm - 9 minute milers
8:25 pm - 8 minute milers
8:35 pm - 7 minute milers
8:40 pm - 6 minute milers
8:50 pm - Elite women (5:00 min/mi pace or faster)
9:00 pm - Elite men (4:20 min/mi pace or faster)

*The elite participants will be chosen by March 15th. All aspiring elite racers will need to register by April 19th.

Elite Program:
On Friday, May 2 the Flying Pig Marathon will present the Little Kings Mile that will culminate with an 8:50 p.m. field of elite females and 9:00 p.m. field of elite males.

The elite fields will be by invitation only. If you are a male can run 4:20 min/mile or under, or female and run 5:00 min/mile or under, you can submit an application to be considered for the field.

If you would like to be considered for the elite field, contact Bob Roncker at bobroncker@runningspot.com in time to get your registration form to him by March 1. On March 15, elite participants will be contacted to confirm their spot in the field.
