3 Mile Challenge Course: The course is not for the faint of heart and will begin in the west field of Thurston Middle School that can be accessed through a connecting gate from Splash! at Lively Park and will be approximately 1.5 loops around the perimeter of Thurston Middle and Splash! at Lively Park. The course is mostly grass with approximately 20% trails and 10% concrete. The course will have numerous challenges that will test the participant's endurance and focus as they compete.

3 Mile Classic Course: This course will be similar to the challenge course without the challenges. This is a great alternative for those who want to support Thurston Cross Country without the extra add-ons.

Packet pick-up/ day of race registration: 8:00am-8:45am under the shelters behind Splash! at Lively Park

Parking: Will be at Splash! at Lively Park 6100 Thurston Rd. Springfield, 97478 and Thurston Middle School.

Awards: Overall Male and Female trophy and top 2 in each age group medals
