Each year during our school competitions we encounter families with children who would love to run but cannot afford the registration fee or do not have adequate shoes to run in.

About The Event |
The Burien Brat Trot 5K and 1 mile race has become one of the Northwest's most popular fall events! All day long on October 6, 2013 enjoy an Oktoberfest style party complete with beer, great food, music, and zany fun centered around the Burien Brat Trot!

Benefiting |
This race benefits two important local organizations-the Highline Schools Foundation, which gathers community resources to support the 18,000 public school students in the Highline School District, and Safe Kids South King County, which supports injury prevention through education and access.
