5K Run - Begins and ends on 1st St. adjacent to the park.
1/2 Mile Kid's Fun Run - Begins and ends in the park.

T-Shirt and race packet for the first (150) pre-registered runners/walkers.

5K Race will be Chip-Timed This Year!

Awards will be given to:
Top 3 female finishers and the top 3 male finishers in the 5K. Top 3 female & male finishers in each age division.
Top 3 Teams (4 member teams - Co-Ed permitted.)
All participants in the Kid's Fun Run.

This race is a fundraiser to benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption (DTFA). The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is a nonprofit 501(c)3 public charity dedicated to dramatically increasing the number of adoptions of children from foster care in North America. Dave Thomas, founder of Wendy's�, established the Foundation in 1992. He had a vision that one day, every child would have a permanent home and loving family. He understood the issue because he was adopted, and he wanted every waiting child to have the same opportunity for a family and home that he had. Let's help get thousands of children out of foster care!

Race packets may be picked up at Blackhawk Bank & Trust, Coal Valley, IL on Friday, 6/21 from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Sat., 6:30 a.m. at the race site.

Entry fees are non-refundable. Please for safety and security, no animals are allowed in the race.
