Metro Arts Alliance will host the second annual 2013 Rock 'n Run. The event will be held at the Clive Aquatic Center on September 21st.

Forget the ipod and break out the big hair and spandex! Run like a rock star with live music every half mile of this 5k run! Finish the race in front of a free concert from the Nadas, Decoy and 515 and many more! A $500 cash prize will be awarded to the winning male and female winners. Prizes will also be given top runners in each age bracket and the best dressed rock stars!
Enjoy a cold beer in our signature Rock Star Mugs and great local food! All proceeds support arts education in the metro!

The 5K run will start at 4:00 pm. The runners and music lovers will enjoy the rock/folk quintet while enjoying a nice cold beer after their run.
Award ceremony will take place at 6:00 PM.
