For most of us, the weekend after Thanksgiving is synonymous with one thing: leftover turkey. But now you have something else to look forward to: Upland's Leftover Turkey Trail Run and Novemberfest!

Join us for a chip-timed run through Eagle Creek Park followed by a party featuring an open beer bar, food (not
included), and live music.

Shirt go to all runner who register early.

There is lots of parking available in the area.

5k: A moderately difficult 5k trail through beautiful late autumn scenery

10k: You guessed it. Like the 5k, but twice as long.

Group Loop: This option is a little less conventional, and good for serious runners or friends looking for a fun run. You supply a team of 2, 4 or 10 runners, and we supply a 1 mile trail loop. Your team has one hour to complete as many laps as you can/want. Each team size competes in its own category, and the teams to cover the most laps in one hour wins. Go for the glory, or take a beer break while your buddies are sweating it out. It's up to you. And better yet, the larger your team, the more you save per person!

In addition to competing for the most laps run in your team size category, you can also compete for the Upland Spirit Award! There is only one winning team across all Group Loop team sizes, so 2 person teams, 4 person teams, and 10 person teams are all going head to head. We'll judge you based on your team name, costumes, and any other way you can think of to show your spirit.

2:00 PM - Registration and Packet Pick-Up begins
3:00 PM - Run starts
3:15 PM - Bar opens
3:30 PM - Music starts
4:15 PM - 5K awards
5:15 PM - 10K awards
5:30 PM - 2nd band starts
6:30 PM - Last call/event ends

Awards are given to the top three runners in each category including the teams of 2, 4 and 10 in the group loop. There is also an Upland Spirit Award given to the most creative team, taking into consideration team name, costumes and overall team spirit.
