Course |
The 5K (3.1 mi) course will start and finish at Benton United Methodist Church, 4615 Palmetto Road, Benton, Louisiana - next door to the 911 station.
The race will wind through the lovely lanes and small, rolling hills of Woodlake South subdivision. This is a scenic and challenging course for runners, walkers, and sightseers. This is the fourth annual BUMC Missions 5K Run~Walk race - so come out and join the fun.
Special Note:
Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!

Packet Pick-Up |
Every pre-registered participant will receive an official 2013 BUMC Missions 5K Run~Walk T-shirt. Shirts will not be available if you register after May 20th.
You may pick up your packet early at Sportspectrum - Thursday, May 23rd from 12 PM until 6 PM and Friday, May 24th from 10 AM until 5:30 PM. Race day pick up will be from 7:00 AM until 7:45 AM at the race site.

Awards and Age Groups |
Overall Male and Female will receive medals. Age group awards will also be given to overall and runner-up in each division:
8 - under, 9 - 11, 12 - 14, 15 - 18, 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60+ (Both male and female)
