Our 400 meter triangle swim course is located in one of the
cleanest lakes in the state!

This 13 mile course features wonderful lake views, scenic
wooded paths, rolling hills, and gradual winding turns.

Our 3.1 mile run features city streets, country roads, and 1.3 miles of the lat and fast Nickel Plate Trail. Big thanks to the Moose Lodge for letting us use their facilities!

Why let the adults have all the fun? The purpose of the Manitou Monster is to promote health and wellness in Fulton county. What better way to accomplish this than to get the kids involved?!?!
