Both courses follow the flat, paved riverfront trail and road. No 10-mile walkers please.
Be prepared for inclement weather - there will be NO MAKE-UP DATE, ENTRY TRANSFERS or REFUNDS.

ON-LINE Registration ONLY and this ends April 5 at 3 p.m. (Then you can only sign up on site Friday from 5-8 pm at Bev's on the River)

NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION
Packet pick-up and registration will be available at Bev's on the River, 1110 Larson Park Road, Sioux City (located on the Riverfront)
on FRIDAY April 5 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
On SATURDAY, April 6 - PACKET PICK-UP ONLY is available from 8:00 - 9:30 AM (10 Milers must pick up before 9 am)

The Hilton Garden Inn is located at the race start/finish. Contact them at 712.255.4200 and mention Spring Thaw to receive a special $94 race rate.

Entry Fees |
If you are a current member of the Missouri River Runners, you are entitled to a $3.00 discount prior to March 25th only.
$17 (5K MRR member)
$20 (5K Non-MRR member)
$22 (10 mile MRR member)
$25 (10 mile Non-MRR member)
*Join MRR for $15 (household and receive the discount)
March 25 through April 5
$25 (All 5K)
$30 (All 10 milers)

Runners and walkers pre-registered prior to March 25, 2013 will receive a specially designed t-shirt (optional dry fit upgrade) and a special early entry deadline gift. (Late registrants are not guaranteed a shirt)

Awards |
Overall 5K and 10 mile male and female winners as well as Masters winners will receive awards and gift certificates donated by Peak Performance.
(Overall and Masters winners will not be eligible for age group awards)
Top 3 winners (male and female) in each age group for both the 5K and 10 mile.

Post-Race Activities |
Enjoy post race food INSIDE @ Bev's on the River while waiting for the awards ceremony.
