Full Steam Ahead is designed to prepare novice and experienced runners for the IVS Half Marathon/Relay led by seasoned IVS runners as workout instructors.

Informational Meeting/Pre-Registration: Monday, July 1st, 6:00 p.m. at the RiverPlex

Two (2) organized group training runs per week - Tuesday and Thursday

IVS Summer Training Full Steam Ahead workouts begin Tuesday, July 2nd through Sept. 3rd, 6:00 p.m. at Woodruff High School (across from lower Glen Oak Park)

Workouts with IVS Summer Training Full Stead Ahead will continue after the race through September

Fee is $65 for IVS members, $70 for 2013 Building Steam participants, and $75 for non-IVS members

REGISTRATION FEE includes ALL ABOVE TRAINING
Plus all participants receive IVS Summer Training 2013 shirt, entry fee to the IVS Half Marathon/Relay including race hoodie sweatshirt, finisher medal and post-race picnic, please bring a dish to share.
