Dust-Buster Duathlon

What is the Dustbuster Du?
This is your opportunity to see who is in the worst shape possible. Why else would anyone race in the midst of recovering from the holidays!! Oh yeah, it is a run, bike, run format event sanctioned by USAT!! So nobody cheats, Dustbuster will be Chip timed with IPICO Chips.

What about Swag?
We will start off with a Super Cool Long-Sleeve T-shirt!! We will also raffle off some cool and not so cool swag to make as many winners as we can!!!

Awards?
More than likely we will have some fun awards!! But it will all depend on who shows up. We will have some Special awards for the youngest participant & of course the coveted Dust buster for the Last Place Finisher!

Where does this take Place?
At the Stoner Boat Launch, corner of Clyde Fant Parkway & Stoner Ave.

Why Move the Venue?
We were getting a little concerned with the "Big Truck Traffic" on LA. 1 & Ellerbe Rd. so we moved it to a race cite where the course is Traffic Free!! No Trucks, No Worries, Just You and the Road!

What type of Course?
Flat and Fast with the bike course closed to traffic! Race will start with 1.5 mile run, followed by a 16 mile Bike and then another 1.5 mile Run, wont that 19.0 sticker look good on the back of your car.

What Does it Cost?
Early Registration is $35.00 by December 24th, (What a Great Christmas Present!) thereafter is $40.00, and if you wait until Raceday $55.00!!

USAT?
Of course it is sanctioned-that is why we can't give out a lot of awards!! At least you will get some early 2012 racing points!! Every participant must have current USAT membership or be prepared to fork up $12 for a one-day license. www.usatriathlon.org

What about a party?
Of Course, we will have an awesome party with plenty of H2O, and featuring Clarks Catering and other wonderful delights from whomever will give us some leftovers!!

Can you have a team?
No Way!-we believe that each and every one of you will be able to complete this 19 mile event!!
