Both 5K and 10K courses are USA track and field certified for distance. The 10K course also serves as the Pacific Northwest Track and Field 10K Road Race Championship.

Schedule:
7:30 am Day of race registration begins. ($10 more than pre-registration fees.) Registered runners begin pick up of T-shirts, bibs & timing chips
8:45 am 10K call to starting line
8:55 am Wheelchair start
9:00 am 10K Race Start
9:05 am 5K call to starting line
9:20 am 5K Fun Run/Walk/Crawl Start
10:15 am 5K and 10K Course Closes
10:20 am Kids 1K Dash Starts
10:30 am Post Event Celebration!

Divisional Awards:
13 & under 14-17, 18-21, 22-25, 26-29, 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & better!
Awards of recognition are also given to the winners of each
division, and will be given during the Post Event Celebration.
They will not be mailed.

Cash Awards for 10k:
Both Female and Male finishers:
1st: $ 200
2nd: $ 100
3rd: $ 50

Directions:
From I-90 take Issaquah Exit 15, Turn South onto SR900, Left onto Gilman Blvd.

Registration ends at noon on October 5th except for the October 6th Issaquah FootZone Last Gasp.
