After picking up your packet head down to the bike course at Sylvan Island. F.O.R.C. will be setting up the course and you can ride a few laps before Saturday’s race.

About the Course |
All Transitions take place near the QCRA Boathouse.
The Boat (Kayak or Canoe) is a 2-mile loop in Sylvan Slough, the backwaters of the Mississippi River.
The Bike has a short ride to Sylvan Island for a challenging mountain bike course then back to QCRA; 7-miles total.
The Run is a 2-mile run & off-road hill climb from Bass St. Landing through downtown Moline to Velie Park and back to QCRA for finish.

You can do the race individually or as a team.
Important Note: You must provide your own equipment (bike, helmets, paddles, life jackets, canoe, etc.)

Canoe and Kayak rental is available |
Please call River Action @ 563.322.2969 for availability. Canoes & kayaks rent for $30 each and include paddle and life preserver.

Team Competition |
2-Person Team
Consists of 2 members (start in canoe or kayak) who do all legs of the race. Finish time is the average of both members' times.
3-Person Team
Relay: Kayak, Bike, Run.
4-Person Team
Relay, Canoe, Bike and Run.
