Kettering Rotary's Run for your Life

Location: The Race will start and end at Community Golf Center.

Packet Pickup: Packet pickup begins at 4:00 p.m. 10/26/12.

Course: The 5K route is unchanged from 2011. The 5k loop will start and finish at Community after winding through the streets of Kettering and showcasing the views of Hills and Dales Metropark. See map on www.rfyl.org.

New for 2012 - 5K/8K Challenge: For runners who think they can compete 5K under 25 minutes, enter the 8K Challenge. Run 5K race plus additional 3K for a total distance of 8K. Two races in one! Requires pre-registration and $5 additional fee. *

* Challengers exceeding 25 minutes at the 5K mark will not be allowed to continue for the additional portion.

T-Shirts: Custom logo t-shirts guaranteed for registrations received by 10/17/12. Long Sleeve Technical T option available for early registrants for $5 additional fee.

Costume Contest: Top 3 children (0 to 11) and adults (11 and above). Judging for the costume contest will be held 45 minutes prior to the start of the race.

Awards: Top 3 Male and Female, Overall - 5K and 8K races

Age Awards - 5K only - Top 3 Male and Female Age Divisions 8 and under, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30- 39, Masters 40 - 49, Grand Masters 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over.
