The Stagecoach Run 5K and 10K - 41st Annual

Saturday, October 13, 2012. Race begins at 8:30 AM.

Start and Finish at the corner of Oregon St. and West D St. in Jacksonville, OR. Description of course on reverse. Park in the public parking lot at the end of West D St. Registration will take place in the parking lot.

Course Description:
The 5k and 10k start at West D and Oregon Sts. and run north. Oregon St. will become Old Stage Rd. 5k runners/walkers will turn around just past Tami Ln. and return to finish.

10k runners will continue north to Ross Ln., turn right and head down hill 1/2 mile to Redwood Dr. and turn right. Follow Redwood Dr. 1/3 mile to turn-around and back to Ross Ln., Old Stage Rd., Oregon St. with the finish in the parking lot at the end of West D St.

This is a spectacularly beautiful, scenic, rolling, out & back course. Experience the fall colors, views of Roxy Ann Pk., Mt. McLoughlin, the Table Rocks and the Rogue Valley.

Race-time temperatures usually in the 30's. Be ready for sun or rain or fog and always a great time.

Restrooms available at the registration area in the parking lot.

Pre-registration received by October 10:
$16 (ONLY $13 for SOR members).

The first 150 pre-registered runners will receive a beverage glass with the famous Stagecoach Run logo that is destined to become a collector's item.

After October 10: $22 and no glass available (sorry)

Special Entry Free for Students 18 years old and younger: (no beverage glass available for this age group)

After October 10: $12

Saturday, October 13th from 7:15 - 8:15 AM.

Any and ALL entries received by Wednesday, October 10 will be eligible to win one of 5 $20 cash prizes. That's right, 5 lucky pre-registrants will each win $20.

Lots of random drawings so be sure to check the "Famous Prize Board" after the race.

Pear Blossom Scholarship Fund: All net proceeds from the Stagecoach Run have, for over 20 years, provided Pear Blossom Scholarship Awards to selected local student-athletes to help attain their college goals in education and athletics. Any tax deductible donation to the Pear Blossom Scholarship Fund would be greatly appreciated.
