Return to Cherry Valley 2 - MATTS ROTY Event

• SHORTER COURSE: 20 Kilometer out and back course.[ulist][*]Start line is on River Rd. south of railroad tracks at Deer Run.
  
• From start line ride South for 3mi. then turn right onto Fairdale Rd./East Line Rd for 5.5 miles.
  
• Turn around just before Hwy 72 and return on same course to the finish near Start at Deer Run.
  
• This avoids racing over railroad tracks and being stopped by trains.

• Will open at 8:00 AM at Baumann Park, Cherry Valley, IL.
  
• Entry Fee: Pre-registration: $20 to 08/31/12 (RACE DAY registration $25).
  
• Juniors racing in Junior categories race for $5 /day.
  
• Racers who choose to compete in more than one category or for a faster time may for $10.
  
• *ABR membership required, Annual license $25, Junior $5
  

• Cherry Valley is located Southeast of Rockford.
  
• From Chicago or Madison take I-90 (toll) to Rockford to Hwy 20 / I39 South to Hwy 20 (not business 20).
  
• Head east on Hwy 20 for about 50 yards and turn right onto Mill Rd then Left to Cherry Valley.
  
• Baumann Park is just South of Downtown Cherry Valley.
  

• Medals awarded five (5) deep in all classes.
  


• Overall Fastest Riders: Fastest times of day cash awards:
  
(1st $30, 2nd $25, 3rd $20, 4th $15, 5th $10, 6th $10)


• Overall Female Riders: Fastest times of day cash awards:
  
(1st $25, 2nd $20, 3rd $15)
