KC Express Mother's Day 5K Run/Walk for Women - Volunteer

When you help out at the Kansas City Express' Mother's Day 5K, you help local moms, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, and daughters keep themselves healthy.

We appreciate any help you may give whether it be at packet pick-up before the race, on the course during the run/walk, or post race helping handing out food or playing with the kids in the family tent area.

Whatever you are willing to offer, we welcome you with open arms and thank you with a shirt. But most of all, you'll make your Mama proud for being a good example. Thank you!

Volunteers opportunities will begin Thursday, May 10 and continue until Sunday, May 13. On the following pages you will find detailed additional information on the event and a listing of volunteer positions and shifts. Some of the positions have short shift periods and will allow you time to work another shift in another facet of the race. The race starts at 8:00am and is followed by post-race awards, festivities, an awesome raffle, and cleanup. The event ends at 11:00am. Every volunteer will receive a race t-shirt and a free post-race meal.

Please complete the below volunteer registration and the mandatory Volunteer Waiver of Liability. We will contact you to confirm your registration and your race day assignment.
