Pasta Dinner with Dan Gable |
Come join us at our pasta dinner on Friday April 11, 2008 at Elmcrest Country Club and "carbo-load" for the race.
Dan Gable, the most dominant figure in US and Olympic Wrestling history will talk about the murder of his sister in 1964 and how tragedy and trauma gave him the motivation to be his very best.
Dinner will include multiple pastas and sauces, salad and garlic bread. Tickets are $40. Proceeds will benefit Horizon's Survivor's Program, a community organization providing services to victim's families following a homicide in 23 counties in Eastern Iowa.
If you are registered for the race, your Pasta Dinner ticket will only be $30. Space is limited so register early for this unique event.
