• It will start and end near Washington Park Picnic Shelter on the south side of the park.
  
• A water stop will be available at 1-mile.
  
• The race course is lined with cheering spectators.

This short race open to all boys and girls, ages 2 through age 12, and is designed to encourage running. It will follow the 2-mile race and be located immediately south of the Picnic Shelter. Children must register online and receive written permission from a parent or guardian. T-shirts will be guaranteed for the first 200 children who register and this race is limited to (200) participants.

• This event will be scored by The Springfield Road Runner's Club using the IPICO timing system.
  
• All runners must wear their timing tag to be scored.
