Liberty Bowl Game Student Bus Trip - 2011

Important:
You must fill out the event waiver and you are required to bring it to check-in on Friday morning.
Please bring the waiver completely filled out.

• Check-in will begin at 7:00 AM on Friday, December 30th at the Alumni Center.
  


• Buses will leave promptly at 8:00 AM.
  


• Buses will leave Memphis at 9:00 AM on Sunday, January 1, 2012 and return back to the Alumni Center.
  


• Students who are driving to campus cannot park in the Alumni Center lot.
  


• You must park in any of the adjacent garages and pay for any parking fees you incur.
  

Your package includes student bowl game ticket, 2 night hotel stay at the Union Express Hotel Inn and Suites, and round trip Motorcoach
transportation to Memphis and back to Cincinnati.

An $8.46 charge will be added to your fee for processing. The total charged to your credit card will be $138.46.

Refunds cannot be offered after December 19, 2011.

Students will receive their ticket upon check-in on Friday, December 30th.

You must agree to the event waiver during the registration process.

After your registration is completed, you will be sent a confirmation email. You need to print out a copy of the email, as well as fill out the waiver information and bring your completed document to check-in on Friday morning. Please bring the waiver completely filled out.
