10:00 PM - Weighted Quad Pull begins
*with other activities and challenges going on throughout the night beginning at 9pm including a ninja costume contest (run with your costume and be entered to win prizes), ninja break dancers, ninja jousting exhibition, pull up challenge, battle rope challenge, sledge hammer challenge, and 5K race. Prizes will be given away throughout the night.

Registration for the 5K includes a T-shirt and bag of goodies. All proceeds go to the New Bohemia District in Cedar Rapids, IA. Adults only event. T-Shirt sizes not guaranteed for those entries received after Tuesday August 30th.
