About the Event |
Established earlier this year by Tri-D Fitness, the Project Fit Kid mission is to establish a program where obese children learn how to live a healthy lifestyle through proper exercise
and nutrition. We are bringing much needed attention to the prevention of childhood obesity through focus on education and practical implementation of healthy habits at an impressionable age.
Funds raised for Project Fit Kid go into scholarships for children who are obese and in need of a life change.
