Event Details |
All aboard! the 3rd Annual B&O Express 5/10K run & walk to benefit further development of the B&O Trail, a 65-mile rail-trail from Indianapolis to Illinois! This year's course will take 10K participants along a newly completed 1.5 mile stretch of the B&O Trail. Build a nice head of steam as you enjoy smooth roads with just a bit of elevation in the last stretch of the race. The 5K route has been revamped and improved and also features an end-of-the-route elevation to take you into the station---er, finish line.

Blue Mile (formerly The Running Company) will provide gift certificates to top 3 overall finishers (male/female) in both races, and commemorative medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age group (male/female) in both races.

New this year, $150 cash bonuses for 10K male and female winners at the Elite (under 40) and Master (40+) level who make like a bullet train and post extraordinary winning times:
