Participants are encouraged to raise pledges to support MDA's Summer Camp and to bring family and friends for a non-competitive route through the beautiful city of Windsor Heights. Get a group together from your workplace, club, neighborhood or school. Strollers welcome! Finish chute closes at 9:15 AM.

Kids Fun Run - kids of all ages can participate in a run to support MDA's Summer Camp, along with racing other kids their age. This race will be after the 5k and 10k race, there will also be prizes for kids who participate in the event also. FREE race just email deter@mdausa.org to get information on the Kids Fun Run.

The competitive 5K (single loop) and the 10K (double loop) course travels through the residential areas of Windsor Heights.
The start and finish is at 66th and University by the Windsor Heights Town Center . Two water stations will be located on the course.

Crowns to be awarded to the top men and women 5K and 10K finishers overall.

Medals will be 2-tiered for each age group with awards ceremony at approximately 10:00 AM.
