RunnersWorld Tulsa proudly present the 5th Annual 5 Mile Poker Run.
When:
Saturday, February 12th at 7:45am
Where:
Lee Elementary at 21st & Cincinnati
Why:
This is a fundraising event to help with the costs of organizing our free marathon and half trainingHow:
The best poker hand gets first pick at the gift table. Second best hand gets second pick and so on. If you are not up to running five miles you can still compete. Several area runners will incorporate the Poker Run into their long run of the day.
Cost:
Since this is a fundraiser we are requiring a minimum $5 ante (Donation).
Prizes:
Each year we have lots of high quality technical running fabric gear (shirts, skirts, jackets, hats, etc) that we give away to Poker Run winners. We will also have gift certificates, free race entries, and many other great give-aways. You will not believe how much great stuff we have to give away.
