How many times have you sent samples of metals to your vendors so they could tell you what the alloy was and the values? This has happened to all of us at one time or another in our careers. Send your metal sorters to this year's seminar and let them come back with the knowledge you need to sell your metals into the correct market. This year's seminar will include three segments.

Stainless/High Temperature Alloys & Tool Steels:
In this segment our presenter, Jim Lawrence, will be covering chemistries, spark testing and melting.

Aluminum Alloys:
In the second segment David Familant will answer why mills want certain alloys but reject others, what receiving personnel look for when grading scrap and review chemistries of several common aluminum alloys

Copper:
In the final segment Jim Hurlburt will lead participants through an interactive course explaining brass grading that is important to mills and ingot makers.

This event gives you the opportunity to see many of the vendors who support our industry and discover what's new. The vendor's exhibits open at 5:30 PM with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres followed by dinner.

Take I-279 N to I-79 N. Merge onto I-76 W toward Youngstown, OH. Take the PA-60-TOLL N exit on the Left toward New Castle.
