According to the Freestore Foodbank, thousands of working adults, children and seniors in our region are struggling with hunger every day. Do your part by "working out for food." Partial proceeds benefit the Freestore Foodbank. You never know, we might find ourselves in need!

* Workout attire.
* Loose fitting, light weight clothes.
* Aerobic or Cross Trainer Gym Shoes.
* No sandals or street shoes.

Bring: Towel, Workout Mat, Water, 2-3lb Hand Weights
