Rover Roll 'n' Run

This is a 5K, untimed race to be held at the Iowa City Kickers Soccer Complex at 4400 Soccer Park Road in Iowa City.

There will be First Place age group prizes as well as overall First Place prizes for runners and skaters.

7:45 - 8:15 AM: race day registration; race day fee $25
8:30 AM: race start; will run until the last racer crosses the finish line.

All proceeds will be donated to Friends of the Animal Center Foundation for the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center and the OCCRG charities' fund.

1. All dogs participating in the Rover Roll'n'Run will be screened at check-in. The Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center and Friends of the Animal Center Foundation have final authority on the suitability of any animal to participate..
Because of the type of event and number of dogs participating, the event directors reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog whose participation could prove hazardous to others or if conditions are not favorable to the animals.

2. Proof of rabies vaccination (rabies certificate) is required for all dogs to participate. (Copy of certificate must be brought to event.) A rabies tag alone will suffice ONLY if it has BOTH vaccination administered and vaccination expiration date on it.

3. All dogs must be on a leash no longer than 10'. No retractable leads.

4. Two dogs allowed per paid entry.

5. There will be volunteers on the trail to help pick up after your dog.

6.Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.
