ASHA 5K Run / Walk

Corwin Nixon Park, Mason - OH offers a relatively flat paved 5K (3.1 mile) course

This race benefits Asha. Asha raises money for funding educational projects in India. The principle that underlies all of Asha's activities is that development is possible only through education. It believes that many problems such as poverty and child-labor can be approached effectively by improving the education level of the population. Asha stresses on the education of children in India. Effort is made to encourage the education of the girl child and the underprivileged sections of the society.

Individual Performance Awards - Top Male & Female runners receive trophies.

Medals will be given to the top men and women in the following age divisions:
14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 & over.

Individuals and Teams can register by going online to www.sprunning.com or mailing in the pre-registration form below.

Pre-registration before July 16 is $15 and includes a T-shirt for participants over age 12. Registration on the day of the event is $20 and includes a T-shirt based on availability.

Kids under age 12 are encouraged to participate (no registration or fee required. T-Shirt will not be provided).
