All ages are encouraged to participate, but training is focused on athletes ages 15 and older. All participants under the age of 18 must have parental consent as well as a "mentor" participating in the event. A mentor is defined as someone over the age of 18 who will take responsibility for the minor. No unattended minor will be allowed to participate.
