Race Day Schedule |
Saturday, June 19, 2010:
- Packet PickUp and Registration 7:00am to 8:15am
- Rookie Run starts at approximately 9:15 am.
- Start of 5k Run & Walk (this will be a timed event) 8:30am
- Awards Ceremony at the NCAA Hall of Champions 9:40am
Please Note: Race Number and Packet Pick Up is available on Race Day beginning at 7:00 am inside the NCAA Hall of Champions.
Don't miss our Post-Event Area that will have pizza, cookies, and water for people to enjoy after the race!

Course |
The 5K course will begin at the NCAA Hall of Champions and follow the beautiful Indianapolis Downtown Canal! Expect at least 1 water station along the way. The course if fairly flat and PERFECT for a family stroll with the kids!

Outside the NCAA National Office Entrance from 3:00 pm - 7:00pm. Free parking is available in the State Museum parking garage - simply show your bib from your registration!

Awards |
THE TOP 3 MALE AND TOP 3 FEMALE FINISHERS WILL RECEIVE CASH PRIZES!!!!
- 1st place male & female will receive a commemorative plaque and $250 each!
- 2nd place male & female will receive $100 each!
- 3rd place male & female will receive $50 each!
If the race winner (both male & female) beat the course record (not the RFR record), they will receive an additional $100 bonus! Anyone that doesn't win, but still beats the course record will receive an additional $25 bonus!
RFR TEAM CHALLENGE: (2 PRIZES) Trophies will be awarded to the teams that have the most registered paid participants at the event and/or raises the most money via donations!
TEAM PARTICIPATION AWARDS: Any team with more than 10 paying participants (does not include free kids) will receive a commemorative plaque!
SPIRIT AWARDS: Awards will be issued the day of the event for a few different reasons. So make sure you come happy and make your team stand out!
Every participant that registers for the event will receive a free pass to enter the NCAA Hall of Champions.

Rookie Run |
Our Rookie Run is great fun for kids under 10! Every child will receive a plastic medal and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place participants will receive gift cards! There are three separate events:
- 2-4 years (1 lap)
- 5-7 years (2 laps)
- 8-10 years (3 laps)
Ronald McDonald, along with some of the House volunteers, will be on-site during this event. Make sure you visit with him while you're there.
