Ages: 6, 7 & 8:

• Swim - 50 yards
  
• Bike - 2 miles
  
• Run - .25 mile

Ages: 9, 10 & 11:

• Swim -100 yards
  
• Bike -3.5 miles
  
• Run - 0.6 miles

Ages: 12, 13 & 14:

• Swim - 125 yards
  
• Bike - 5 miles
  
• Run - 1 mile

Note: The swim is hosted in the Sanford Wellness Center indoor swimming pool. The bike is on paved trails and streets. The run is on groomed trails within Sertoma Park. Detailed maps of the courses will be provided at a later date.

• USAT Guidelines: Your race age is the age you are on December 31, 2010
  
• Example: If you are 10 and your birthday is October 1st your race age is 11.
  
• USAT Membership is required for this event. Visit www.usatriathlon.org for membership information.
  
• If you are not a current member, you will be able to purchase a 1-year youth membership ($5) during the registration process.
  

All athletes must pick up their race packet on the following dates.

• Saturday, June 19, 2010 - 4 pm to 7 pm - Sanford Wellness Center
  
• Sunday, June 20, 2010 - 9 am to 10 am - Sanford Wellness Center

Important note: Please make every effort to pick up your race packet on Saturday.

All participants MUST attend a pre-race orientation with a parent or guardian.

Athlete meetings will be held at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM Saturday and 10:00 AM on race morning.

Athlete meetings will be located OUTSIDE, near the transition area, south of the pool (weather permitting).

We'll be celebrating every athlete's success with a great post race party for the whole family with food, drinks, games and more.

Every athlete will receive a commemorative race shirt and a goodie bag.

A finishers medal will be presented to every athlete at the finish line.

An awards ceremony will be hosted immediately after the race. Prizes for the top three finishers in each division are:

• First place: Bike
  
• Second place: IPod Nano
  
• Third place: IPod Shuffle

All athletes will be placed into a drawing to win a Toshiba laptop computer (must be present to win).
