Course |
- The course will start and end at Palmer College, the Fountainhead of Chiropractic.
- The path will loop through Duck Creek Park on the bike path, pass through Vanderveer park, and surrounding neighborhood.
- The course is mostly flat.
- The event will be professionally timed by the Cornbelt Running Club.

AHC (Academic Health Center) at Palmer's campus.
* Friday, April 30, 2010 from 11:00 aM - 6:00 PM
* Saturday, May 1st, 2010, race morning, from 7:00 - 8:00 AM
Race day registration will be available for $25.

Awards and Prizes |
- Awards given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers in the 8k run; age group awards will also be given.
- All participants are eligible to win prizes from local area businesses.

Facilities |
Packet pick up, registration, restrooms will be at Palmer College of Chiropractic campus.

Post Party Event |
Post race refreshments will consist of snacks, fruit, cookies, and beverages.
