300-yard pool swim - 10-mile bike through The Glen - 5k run around Gallery Park
Race will start promptly at 6:30 AM.

Entry Fee Includes |
All racers receive a dry wicking t-shirt, goodie bag, post refreshments, finishing medal and a chance to win great raffle prizes after the race. (Must be present to win).

Chip Timing |
The ChampionChip timing system will be used. Each participant will receive a timing chip to wear around his/her ankle. A $35 fee will be applied for lost or damaged chips.

Awards |
Overall male / female finishers and awards to top three male and female participants in all age categories.

The race is limited to a maximum of 400 participants.

300 Yard Swim |
You will be required to provide your 300 Yard swim time.

Friday, July 30[sup]th[/sup]
7am-7pm: packet pick-up at Park Center (upstairs in the fitness center)
6:30pm: pre-race talk (highly recommended you attend one race talk)
Saturday, July 31[sup]st[/sup]
8am - 3pm: packet pick-up at Park Center (upstairs in the fitness center)
10:30am: pre-race talk (highly recommended you attend one race talk)
Sunday, August 1[sup]st[/sup]
5am: transition opens (athletes only)
5am-6:15am: late packet pick up (outside in the front of Park Center)
6:15am: transition closes. Re-opens after all athletes have completed the bike course.
6:30am: race begins!
