Course Descriptions |
Courses are USATF certified; markers at each mile. Course maps and elevations available online at www.refweb.org !
5k run/walk - 9:00 AM start: Flat, fast 5K course on a wide, straight dirt-and-gravel path (no pavement). Scenic out-and-back course along the Snoqualmie Valley trail. Walkers are welcome, and encouraged to enter the 5K. This course is for everyone - fast or slow.
10k run - 8:45 AM start: Hilly, challenging course through the streets of Duvall. Start near the river, climb to the top of the ridge above downtown and then wind through neighborhood streets before heading back downhill to the finish. Course closes at 10:15 a.m.
Kids Dashes Free kid dashes. We'll line up the littlest ones 25-100 yards from the finish line and have them run into your waiting arms.
Snacks and beverages available after the runs thanks to our great sponsors: Family Grocer, Bakers Cookies, Sunrype and Camp Korey!

Packet Pick-Up |
Pre-registered packet pickup and race day registration will be available from 7:30-8:30 race day at McCormick Park.

Awards |
Winners receive free shoes from Brooks Racing! Ribbons go 3 deep in divisions. Random prize drawings post race for all participants.

T-Shirts |
A limited number of short sleeve technical fabric shirts available for early birds! Cotton t-shirts will be guaranteed to all participants registered by May 21, 2010.

Directions and Parking |
Both courses start and finish in McCormick Park in downtown Duvall, near the Snoqualmie River. The easiest way to enter Duvall on race morning and get to the start will be to drive into Duvall from the Woodinville-Duvall Road. Watch for signs on race morning. Parking will be limited downtown due to some streets being closed for the Duvall Days Parade, which starts immediately after the runs. Arrive early for best parking on downtown side streets.

The Riverview Educational Foundation was created to support and enhance learning opportunities that challenge each student to attain their highest potential. It is widely recognized that healthy students are better able to learn. Schools can help optimize student readiness to learn by providing an environment that supports positive physical activity and eating behaviors. Race proceeds will be designated for REF health and wellness grants so that together, we can strengthen the learning environment for Riverview students by promoting positive lifestyle choices.
