Race Information |
In conjunction with the 45th Annual Glendale Street Fair at Glendale Village Square
Course starts on S. Troy and ends on Greenville near the Glendale Village Square, and winds throughout Historic Glendale.
Awards:
The first (300) runners and walkers will receive a 2009 Black Squirrel commemorative medal.

Kids Race the Train Run |
- A kids race unlike any other.
- The Kids Race will begin shortly after the last runner/walker completes the 5k course.
- The course parallels the railroad tracks.
- After the 5k, the kids will assemble several blocks away from the finish and wait for the next train.
- They will then race the train to the finish.
- Ribbons to all participants.
- No fee.

To the Village of Glendale, from I-75: Sharon Rd (exit 15) near Princeton High School, one mile west across the railroad tracks, on the left; from Tri-County Mall: one mile south on Congress (747) turn left on Sharon.
