IronFish

Race starts and finishes at Cypress Lake Park (See map). Swim will be located in the shallow part of Cypress Lake (less than 4' of water). Lane ropes & Lifeguards will be provided for safety. Flotation devices are allowed on the swim. We want every child to feel as safe as possible. Bike portion & run are all inside the park. Course is safe, easy, & well shaded. Course certified by Sportspectrum Race Management.

You can pick up your packet early at Sportspectrum beginning:
Thursday, July 30 from 12:00 PM (noon) - 6:00 PM
Friday, July 31 from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
or Saturday, at the race site from 7:00 -7:30 AM

Please make sure that you are at the park at least one hour before race start. It takes at least 30 minutes to get parked, walk to transition, get your bike & gear situated, get body marked & pick up your timing chip.

Park gate opens at 6:30 AM.

Every pre-registered participant will receive an official 2009 IronFish race T-shirt, IronFish Backpack, swim cap, Clif Bar, and finishers award. Our limit is 250 participants, so please register early & don't miss out on the FUN!

Join us after the race at the to enjoy a great post party, food, and drinks thanks to Ozark Water, Clark's Tailgate, Pepsi & much more!!

All participants will receive an official Finisher's Award.
Everyone is a Winner!
No age group awards.

All participants must have Bike Helmet, Bike, Running Shoes.
