Course |
The 5K (3.1 mi) course will start and finish at Benton United Methodist Church, 4615 Palmetto Road, Benton, Louisiana - next door to the 911 station.
The race will wind through the lovely lanes and small, rolling hills of Woodlake South subdivision. This is a scenic and challenging course for runners, walkers, and sightseers. This is the second annual BUMC Missions 5K Run~Walk race - so come out and join the fun.
Special Note: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!

Packet Pick-Up |
Every pre-registered participant will receive an official 2009 BUMC Missions 5K Run~Walk T-shirt. Shirts will not be guaranteed to late registrants, so please register early.
You may pick up your packet early at Sportspectrum:
- Thursday, June 18 from 12 PM until 7 PM
- Friday, June 19 from 10 AM until 6 PM
Race day pick up will be from 7:00 AM until 7:45 AM at the race site.

Awards and Age Groups |
Overall Male and Female will receive medals. Age group awards will also be given to overall and runner-up in each division:
8 and under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ (Both male and female)
