The Race |
1/2 mile swim - out and back triangular course, then...25K- "dam road" take on a whole new meaning - closed course on rolling rural roads to...5K run - flat & shady park road to the finish.
~ USA Triathlon wet suit rules apply.
~ Temperature reading will be on Saturday, July 19.
