Run in the Dark

Community Storehouse relies on funding support from individual donors, businesses, churches, and the Run in the Dark event. To fulfill our mission, we depend on people who want to make a difference in the lives of others by donating resources to help a neighbor in crisis. With your help, we rebuild lives and bring a sense of community and caring to those with whom we interact. Join us by registering for the 10th Annual Run in the Dark on September 19, 2009 at Keller Town Hall. This is an event for the entire family.

5:15-6:45 pm: Race day registration and packet pickup
5:15-9:00 pm: Live entertainment
7:15 pm: 1-mile fun run
8:00 pm: 5K run/walk
9:15 pm: Awards ceremony

Not a runner or walker? Come out and listen to our great live entertainment. Enjoy family friendly music from the CityView Church Band and Milestone Church Band.

TThe Run in the Dark course is a certiied 5K Course: TX06035ETM. The run begins on Bear Creek Parkway in front of Keller Town Hall (1100 Bear Creek Parkway, Keller TX 76248) and goes East to the turn at Promontory Drive/Bear Creek Parkway, then returns to Keller Town Hall.

The 1st overall male and female and the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups win awards for the 5K run:

9 and Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

Everyone 15 and under that finishes the 1-Mile Fun Run will receive a ribbon.
