Join the fun and participate in this unique event! Enter our family-friendly Doo-athlon - run and swim with your dog for a chance to win some great prizes.

Distance |
1.5 mile jog and 25 yard swim.
|

Event Beneficiary |
The event benefits various local non-profit animal agencies.

Festival |
Visit sponsors, vendors and non-profit groups throughout the day. Festival admission and event viewing are FREE. Family members may join the Open Swim at 11:00 am for $5 each (12-Under FREE).

Doggie Wash |
We will be offering a dog wash from 9:30 to 2:00. Wash the chlorine off of your pet! Donations are suggested and directly benefit our charities.

Pre-Registration |
Before 9/9, registration is $25, which includes entry, human t-shirt, dog bandanna, festival entrance and open swim time. Online registration is available until 11:59 PM on 9/09.
Late registration is available on race day at the Pool for $30, beginning at 8:30 am.

Awards |
Awards will be presented to the Top 3 human/canine teams in the following divisions: Toy (Under 17 lbs), Small (17 to 29 lbs), Medium (30 to 55 lbs), Large (56 to 85 lbs) and X-tra Large (over 85 lbs). A prize will also be awarded to the finalist in the Doggie Diving competition.

Rules and Regulations |
- Dogs must be leashed (6 ft. or less) at all times if not on the pool deck & retractable leashes not permitted.
- Only 1 canine per human.
- Dog must be at least 6 months of age.
- No females in heat permitted.
- All dogs MUST be current on vaccinations and MUST be wearing a valid rabies tag.
- All owners must be able to maintain control of their dog at all times.
- Owners must clean up after their dogs.
- NO aggressive dogs. The event director and/or veterinarian on site reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog deemed to be hazardous to people or other dogs, or whose physical condition appears to be at risk either prior to or during the events.
- Due to safety, no submerged human swimming allowed.
- Only dogs permitted in the deep end of the pool.
