Trot On classes meet on Monday and Thursday in Richardson and on Tuesday and Thursday at all other locations. All classes meet at 7:15 PM.

Goal Race: Local 5K (11/7)
Price: $90 (before 1st day of class); $100 (1st day of class or after)
Running 101 and 201 are programs that meet twice a week for 6 weeks. Running 101 is designed for the beginner. The 101 class has three levels. Two groups running and walking, and one continuous running group. Running 201 is designed for those who can run a 5K. The 201 class introduces strength, speed and endurance components to your workouts. Discussion topics include injury prevention, stretching, form, cross training, racing, shoes, apparel and much more.

Trot to the Rock |
One session available:
* October 5/6 - December 10th
Trot to the Rock classes meet on Monday and Thursday in Richardson and on Tuesday and Thursday at all other locations. All classes meet at 7:15 PM. Trot to the Rock classes will also meet on Sundays at 6:00 AM at the Dallas location only.
